A bare hall at 9am with plastic chairs is transformed by 6pm with ivory and burgundy draping, chandeliers and dressed tables.
Event décor and styling · Accra since 2016
Weddings, traditional engagements, birthdays and corporate nights. We arrive at nine. You arrive at six.
The day
09:0001 / 06
Our crew of 14 arrives with the truck. The hall is bare: plastic chairs, tube lights, a tiled floor.
11:0002 / 06
Ivory and burgundy fabric goes up first. It changes the room more than anything else we do.
13:0003 / 06
Chandeliers hung, uplights along every wall. Your venue's power is checked; our generator is on standby.
14:3004 / 06
Linen, chargers, napkins, chairs. Every place set to the seating plan you approved.
16:0005 / 06
Fresh flowers from our florist that morning, then the backdrop. Candles placed, not lit.
18:0006 / 06
Lights up, candles lit, final walk-through done. You walk in with your guests.
01 / 04
Two families, one stage. We set the elders' seating, the couple's chairs, the gift tables and a backdrop in your family colours.

“We saw the hall at 9 with plastic chairs everywhere. At 6 my mother cried at the door. It looked exactly like the mood board.”
